What happens if I miss a quarterly installment?
A short grace period is typically allowed, after which late payment surcharges apply per the developer's standard policy. Repeated default beyond the grace period may risk the booking. Can I prepay my installments to clear the plot earlier?
Yes. LSC accepts prepayment of installments, and clearing the balance early may qualify you for an early-payment discount on remaining installments. The exact discount depends on how early you settle. Contact Bright Associates for the current early-payment incentive structure.
Are development charges included in the listed price?
No. Development charges are billed separately and vary by block and plot size. They cover the cost of infrastructure development (roads, utilities, landscaping) and are typically payable in instalments alongside the main plot price. Confirm the exact development charge for your chosen plot at the time of booking.
Is the price refundable if I cancel my booking?
The membership / file fee is non-refundable. Cancellation of the plot itself triggers a refund of the principal amount paid, subject to deductions per the developer's cancellation policy (typically 10–25% of paid amount, depending on how far into the plan you are). Always read the booking terms carefully before submitting payment.
Can I transfer my plot to someone else before completing payments?
Yes. LSC allows plot transfer to a third party even before final payment, subject to a transfer fee and developer approval. This is one reason LSC plots have an active secondary market — buyers can exit or upgrade without completing the full installment cycle.
How do overseas Pakistanis send payments?
Overseas buyers can remit payments via standard international bank transfer to the developer's designated account, or through approved exchange channels in their country of residence. Are there any zero-down-payment options available?
No. The 10% down payment is mandatory across all blocks (20% for Harmony Park) to confirm the booking and lock in the plot allocation.
