Documents Required for Booking
The documentation for Capital Smart City booking is simple. Here's exactly what you need:
- CNIC copy — 2 copies of your computerised national identity card (front and back)
- NICOP — For overseas Pakistanis, your overseas national identity card is accepted
- Passport-size photographs — 2 recent passport-size photos
- Completed Application Form — Official CSC booking form (we provide this)

Receive Your Membership Number

Continue Installments

Participate in Balloting

Receive Possession
After development is complete in your sector, possession is handed over with formal transfer of ownership documents.
