If your budget is under PKR 25 Lac, Harmony Park is the natural fit — it's the only block built around that price point. Between PKR 25–55 Lac, Executive Block opens up most options. Above PKR 55 Lac, you have access to all blocks including Overseas Prime.

If you are a Pakistani national currently abroad, you qualify for the Overseas Block — which gives you elevated infrastructure and a peer community of similar buyers. If you are based in Pakistan, you can still buy in any block except Overseas (which is restricted).
