Phase 1 — What Has Been Completed as of 2025
Capital Smart City has moved far beyond the paperwork phase. Here is a verified list of completed infrastructure and amenities:
400-ft Main Boulevard
Fully constructed. 18 lanes, cycling tracks, central median, BRT bus lane. One of Pakistan's widest private society boulevards.
SIRM Hospital
100-bed hospital operational. Pakistan's largest private rehabilitation centre is running within CSC premises.
Mosques & Schools
Multiple mosques, primary schools, and clinics are functioning inside the developed sectors of the society.
Utility Infrastructure
Sewage network, electricity grid, and fibre optic broadband backbone are all installed and operational in developed sectors.
M-2 Interchange
The dedicated NHA-approved CSC motorway interchange is active. Direct M-2 access is operational for residents and investors.
13,000+ Plots Developed
Over 13,000 residential plots and 1,000 Smart Villas have been completed. Possession is being handed over in batches.
Phase 2 Development — What's Under Construction in 2025
Phase 2 is actively developing and covers several new blocks including Overseas West, Overseas Prime II, and Executive West. Here's the current status:
- Road network linking Phase 2 and DHA Phase 9 — under active construction
- Executive West block — land levelling and road layout underway

🚧 Phase 2 Is Moving Fast
According to the developers, Phase 2 development is "progressing rapidly" with heavy machinery deployed across multiple sectors simultaneously. Investors who enter Phase 2 blocks now are buying at early-stage prices before the next wave of infrastructure completion drives values up.
Balloting & Possession Status — April 2025
Grand Balloting 2024 — the most comprehensive balloting event in CSC history — has been completed. It covered:
- Executive Block (Sectors D through J) → Executive West relocation
- Overseas Prime II
- Overseas West
- All previously un-balloted files from 2018–2022 bookings
Plot number allocation is now complete for all major Phase 1 blocks. Possession is being handed over in batches based on sector readiness. If you have a balloted plot in a developed sector, possession application can be submitted now.
